Do I have to use Tuition Express to pay my bill?

Yes, if your monthly childcare payment is $50 or more. This allows our staff more time to focus on what’s important ~ your child’s care.

How long will it take my child to adjust to your center?

Changing or starting a new school isn’t easy. A child’s first day of school can be filled with anxiety over the unknown — and a few tears, too. We focus on making the acclimation process as welcoming and worry-free as possible. And we’ll always be available should you have any concerns

Does your center charge an enrollment/registration fee?

Yes. A $50 non-refundable yearly registration fee is due upon enrollment and every September 1st thereafter. Parents who have paid a registration fee within 90 days of that date will not be required to pay again until the following year.

Can I have a copy of the menu?

Menus are on display in the front lobby or parents may view menus online by clicking the link below. Please keep in mind that we revise our menus annually and occasionally have to make substitutions due to market availability. A separate summer menu cycle runs June-August.

Do you make accommodations for children with food allergies?

Unfortunately, we are only able to make small menu adjustments to accommodate for some food allergies, such as milk and mild nut allergies. Parents who have children with multiple food allergies would have to send meals from home.

Is Robyn’s Nest a “nut-free” facility?

No. We can accommodate children who have mild peanut/treenut allergies (ie: those who react only by consuming the allergen). Children who have more severe peanut/ treenut allergies such as allergic reaction through contact with the skin and/or consumption of products manufactured at a facility that processes nuts should not attend our center.

How will I know what food my child is served each day?

Copies of the weekly menus are posted in the front lobby. A copy of the daily menu, along with the approximate amount your child consumed at each meal/snack is on your child’s individual daily report.
